This questionnaire was designed to help you think about your parenting practices and whether How to Raise Disciplined and Happy Children can be helpful to you.

This simple questionnaire is intended to help you think about your style of discipline and to what extent it works to meet your goals and your children’s needs. There are no right or wrong answers to these questions and no one but you will know how you answer, unless you tell them. I suggest that as you read through them you attempt to be as open with yourself about your answers as you can be.
